Installation and Service Assistance Surveys

Each month, customers who have installed new services, or requested repair or assistance with their existing service, are asked to complete a survey telling us about their experience. Customers who participate in the survey are entered into a monthly drawing for a $25.00 bill credit. One credit is given in each category.
