Next up was a Career Fair held at Duncan High School on Thursday, November 16, for grades 7 through 12 where we had Valley staff members there to answer questions about possible jobs and to give out job descriptions and other industry-related information. We also had staff technicians there putting students through hands on exercises in fiber splicing which many of the students found fascinating and challenging. As a special treat, the Duncan High School Culinary program served up a gourmet lunch to all who participated in the career fair.
