We love it when we get to reach out and treat someone in a special way. A mini recognition campaign was launched to recognize #Lunch Time Heroes as “Essential Employees” providing lunches to students who are learning from home. School cafeteria workers were gifted $25 gift cards. Schools recognized include: Morenci School District( 11), Duncan School District (10), Elfrida Elementary (12), Bowie Elementary (7), and Pearce Elementary School (8). Gift cards were purchased locally to support local businesses: Pizza Hut which serves Willcox and Douglas communities and Allen Theaters who serve both Safford and Morenci communities.
