Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. was established in 1962 to serve the needs of rural and remote customers. Any customer that receives VTC local telephone service in the Cooperative Serving area becomes a member/owner of Valley Telephone. As a member/owner you are entitled to voting rights at many of the cooperative meetings and you accrue ownership interest in the form of patronage capital.
