Artemis I is the first mission in NASA's Artemis program, which aims to land the first woman and next man on the moon by 2024. The Artemis I mission was an un-crewed test flight of a new rocket and the Orion spacecraft. What you may not know is that Valley’s name was submitted to be included on a special hard drive installed in the Orion spacecraft officially entering us into the passenger records for this first of many missions logging 1.3 million miles over a 25-day period. I guess you could say that our internet is now “Out of This World”.
